CUSTODIAL OPPORTUNITIES:

The Alpha Group of Delaware, Inc., has custodial job 0penings in the downtown Columbus area. The contract we are administering requires that 75% of the hours worked must be performed by individuals with disabilities.

Part-time Job Coach

Ergon Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable qualified individual to become part of their Job Coaching team.
      Duties:
  • Provide customized job training at community-based job sites.
  • Client reports, Time records, Task Analysis', various documentation and communication with Supervisor as required.
  • Attend Job Coach trainings and committee meetings.
Requirements:
  • H.S. diploma and experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening and have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of disabilities.
  • Possess or obtain DODD Adult Services Registered Certification.
  • Possess or obtain CPR/First Aid Training Certification.
