While in the program you will learn:

n	How to get a job and keep a job
n	How to work together in a team environment
n	Learn about diversity and labor laws
n	Participate in fun activities, such as "The Reality Store"
n	Learning about training options after high school
n	Participate in fun team building activities and employer tours
n	Receive recognition at the Awards Day.

Real World Experience

During this time, the youth will work under the supervision of a job coach and a project supervisor as part of an enclave at a local business.  The youth will be paid a stipend for the time they work comparable to minimum wage.  Each youth will be able to try two or three different workstations at the business, performing various functions of the business, such as:
          * Customer Service
          * Stock work
          * Reclamation work
          * Building displays

Transportation

Students/parents will need to provide their own transportation to and from class.  Transportation from the class to the work site will be provided.
