Planning is the key! The idea is for the person receiving services and his/her support network to work together toward a common employment goal by mapping out the steps and putting in the supports needed to reach the goal.

Ergon also works with area employers to help them find qualified workers and to suggest reasonable accommodations for people while on the job.
