In it’s beginning in 1989, ergon…provided vocational and support services to people with developmental disabilities through the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities. In 1990 ergon…became a division of The Alpha Group, Inc. a non-profit agency in Delaware County and expanded to a full service, community-based employment agency providing employment services to people with a wide range of disabilities in North Central Ohio. In 2005 ergon…changed their name to Ergon Employment Solutions and continued to provide services to individuals with disabilities as well as work crews for employers in Delaware County.
